After helping you to identify your greatest area of need, our focus will be on habit building and useable tools for mind management, so you can immediately put these new skills into practice.

As your coach, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of your wellness journey through an investigative approach. You want answers? I will help you find them. You want results? I’m your girl. You want to make excuses? We’ll figure out why and go from there. My goal is to help you reach your goals -- as simple and stress-free as possible -- whatever they may be.
